  Do you have severe anxiety when it comes to dentists? Dr Hackwood is your solution. It's so hard to find a dentist who truly understands patient's needs. After much research I found some good feedback on Toothwise and the feedback was very accurate. Dr Hackwood is a very kind, patient and understanding dental professional. Her caring approach and attention towards anxious patients is outstanding and a lot of other practices could learn a lot from her. I drive a total of 2hrs just to see Dr Hackwood which is totally worth it for peace of mind. If you are like myself and are looking for a solution, look no further. Thank you Toothwise for eliminating my anxiety and providing a very caring atmosphere. Please don't change.

  I had the most horrific pains that had me calling an ambulance. I am so phobic of dentists that my husband carried me in screaming and I was hyperventilating. Dr Hackwood and her staff treated me so well that I was able to actually crack a joke by the end of the third appointment which was an infected tooth extraction. If I lived in the most remote part of the world, I would walk across hot coals to get to this dental surgery, they are above and beyond wonderful and even very affordable. By the time I left the chair I honestly wanted to hug everyone in the room, a far cry from coming in there wailing, hyperventilating and shaking like a sweaty leaf. If you ever need a dentist, make sure it's this surgery.

  I myself have exstem needle phobia and currently been having treatments buy James, absolutely 110% by far the best dentist I have ever been too, all staff are absolutely amazing so so so kind, really helpful and understanding
